Shipping policy

We are proud to ship to all parts of the world. All domestic parcels are eligible for flat fee shipping. For international parcels, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. If your order is placed before 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time during a business day, every effort will be made to dispatch and ship your order on the same day your payment is processed, otherwise, it will be shipped on the next business day.  Depending on your location, delivery can take anywhere between 3-5 days within Australia and between 1-3 weeks outside Australia.
